The Blue Light Evening Glasses

Our 100% blue light-blocking glasses are meant to be worn in the evening once the sun has set and you are spending some time on a device or looking at a screen. Wear them for a few hours before bed, and you’ll be helping your body get the deep, restorative sleep it needs. Blue light is part of the light spectrum that exists in sunshine, and is also emitted artificially from screens like computers, phones, and tablets. Exposure to blue light at night tricks your body into thinking it’s daytime, and can mess with your body’s circadian rhythm, melatonin production, and affect the overall quality of your sleep. Unlike other blue light filtering glasses that only block some of the blue light, our unique amber-tinted lenses block 100% of blue light, to help you get the deepest sleep possible after looking at screens. Note that in order to block 100% of blue light, our glasses have a deeper amber tint than other glasses. We believe that's a worthwhile tradeoff for better sleep.

My Deep Sleep Has Sky Rocketed From Using These Glasses!!!

Where have Bedfellow's Blue Light Evening Glasses been all of my life?!

I've been using blue-blocking glasses for five years, yet I still struggled to get deep sleep. My Oura ring rarely said I had received optimal deep sleep. Since using my BedFellow glasses, I have gotten optimal deep sleep almost every night (when I didn't, it was due to late-night eating).

The first brand of blue-blocking glasses I used broke consistently, even though they were brand-named, plus I wasn't getting much deep sleep. Then I found some blue-blocking glasses on Amazon, which were better, but they only blocked a fraction of the blue light. I didn't realize that not all blue-blocking glasses block 100% of blue light.

I HIGHLY recommend these glasses and would give them more stars if I could. Thank you for helping me get more deep sleep, which has meant waking up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day with energy.

Work well, and comfortable!

These work really well - I've noticed I'm falling asleep more easily when I wear them for the few hours before bed. I don't have that bright screen light I used to see when I closed my eyes! And they're lightweight and comfortable.
