Our 100% blue light-blocking glasses are meant to be worn in the evening once the sun has set and you are spending some time on a device or looking at a screen. Wear them for a few hours before bed, and you’ll be helping your body get the deep, restorative sleep it needs. Blue light is part of the light spectrum that exists in sunshine, and is also emitted artificially from screens like computers, phones, and tablets. Exposure to blue light at night tricks your body into thinking it’s daytime, and can mess with your body’s circadian rhythm, melatonin production, and affect the overall quality of your sleep. Unlike other blue light filtering glasses that only block some of the blue light, our unique amber-tinted lenses block 100% of blue light, to help you get the deepest sleep possible after looking at screens. Note that in order to block 100% of blue light, our glasses have a deeper amber tint than other glasses. We believe that's a worthwhile tradeoff for better sleep.
