What’s my order status?

You should have received an order confirmation and order shipment notification to the email or phone number that you provided during checkout. In those emails, you can track the status of your order. If you’re still unsure about your order status, email us at hi@bedfellowdreams.com and we’d be happy to provide an update


How do I change or cancel my order?

There is a limited amount of time that you can update, change, or cancel your order. Once the warehouse begins processing your order, we can no longer change or cancel it. Email us at hi@bedfellowdreams.com to check if your order can be changed or canceled. 


What are shipping options and charges?

All orders in the United States ship economy for free! For orders orders from Canada, we charge $7.00 per order. 

Express shipping is available in the US for $10.


Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. However, we are working on international shipping and hope to have it soon. 


Do you sell gift cards?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for up to 30 days after you have received your items. Items must be unworn. We want you to love your Bedfellow products, so please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. We’ll do our best to make it right. We accept exchanges for up to 30 days after you have received your items. Items must be unworn. I received my product as a gift. Can I return or exchange it?

Gift orders are subject to the original return policy. If you are the gift receiver, you will need the order information to proceed and will be able to request an exchange or a store credit only. What if my product is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at hi@bedfellowdreams.com with your order details and the problem, and we’ll take care of you.


When will I receive my refund or exchange?

It takes our warehouse 1-2 weeks to receive and process your refund or exchange. The time it takes for refunds to appear in your bank account or PayPal account will vary.


  • Sustainability and Social Impact 

 

I hear your products are sustainable, tell me more. 

Our main product line is made from primarily modal fabric. This is a luxuriously soft and breathable material made from regenerative beech trees. Beech trees use less water than cotton to grow, and the production process uses 10-20 times less water than cotton. Modal fabric is also completely biodegradable. 


We also use Bamboo fabric in our Bamboo Cooling sleepwear. Bamboo is fast growing, requires no fertilizer, self-regenerates from its own roots, requires less water than cotton, and is completely biodegradable. 


We use Pima Cotton as part of our exclusive fabric blend in our modal Sleep Shorts and Sleep Pants. This is very soft and durable cotton grown ethically in Peru. 


Where are your products manufactured?

Our main sleepwear line is manufactured in Peru, with a factory partner focused on sustainability, fair wages, and ethical treatment of its workers. 


Our accessory sleep products, like The Ultimate Sleep Mask, and Blue Light Evening Glasses, are manufactured in China at factories certified for fair labor and ethical treatment of its workers. 


I hear you partner with homeless shelters? Tell me more. 

Yes! We are proud to partner with Project Renewal, which helps people experiencing homelessness in New York City find shelter and a bed. We are donating a percentage of profits to help support their cause, because we believe everyone deserves a good night’s sleep in a bed. 


  • Materials and Care

 

What materials do you use in your products?

Our main sleepwear line is made from primarily modal fabric, a luxuriously soft, breathable, and sustainable fabric made from beech trees. 


Our Sleep Shorts and Sleep Pants are made from a blend of modal and Pima Cotton, a super soft, durable cotton from Peru. This blend makes our pants and shorts extremely soft and comfortable, while also having enough thickness to provide coverage while lounging around the house. 


Our Bamboo Cooling sleepwear is made from, you guessed it, bamboo! Our bamboo fabric has a silky softness, is highly breathable, moisture-wicking, and is temperature regulating so it keeps you cool and dry all night. Bamboo is also very sustainable and eco-friendly material. 


How do you wash and care for Bedfellow products?

Please refer to the care instructions printed on the inside of your sleepwear, or in the Care section on our product pages. Our products will take care of you for many nights, but they’ll maintain their softness and look best if you take good care of them.

I sleep hot. Do you have products for me?

We’re glad you asked! We developed our Bamboo Cooling set with hot sleepers in mind. Our bamboo fabric has a silky soft feel to it that’s cooling to the touch, moisture wicking, and temperature regulating, so it’ll keep you cool and dry all night. 


I sleep in boxers or boxer briefs, why should I switch to this?

In our humble opinion, boxers aren’t meant for sleep. They ride up and move around, aren’t that soft, and don’t stretch. And, it’s not really something you can be seen in. 


Boxer briefs stay in place, but are too constricting, and don’t let your, um, boys breathe. 

Our products are designed for the best sleep possible, and help you look good while doing it.
